Leno struggling in Premier League?

“I am happy here, of course I needed a little bit of time to get used to new team-mates, a new league, new country, new football. Football here is different to Germany.

“The biggest difference is the speed of the game and also the style of the game… It needed time but now I am better than before but I can still improve.”

Those are the words of Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno, who has confirmed that he has had some issues since making the transition over into the Premier League. The Germany international has definitely had some ‘growing pains’ since moving over to English football, although some fans have already come out and said that they’re okay to look past that given his age and lack of experience over here.

The 26 year old was bought with the intention of being Arsenal’s number one for many years to come, joining from German club Bayer Leverkusen.
