According to a recent report from Bild, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is interested in going after the signing of Werder Bremen star Milot Rashica.
The 23 year old has been turning heads so far this season with a string of impressive performances, which includes firing home 10 goals and four assists for the German club. Rashica’s release clause is currently set at €38 million, and while that’s certainly an affordable price, there are also many other top players across world football that the Reds have been linked with heading into the summer transfer window.
The belief is that Klopp sees Rashica as a ready-made replacement for Adam Lallana who is expected to leave the club in the summer. While that implies to some that he won’t get much game time, many also forget just how well Lallana has played whenever he’s been given the chance to shine this season.
Either way, this rumor isn’t going to go away in a hurry.
