Liverpool show interest in Dembele

According to a recent report from TeamTalk, Liverpool are keeping an eye on Ousmane Dembele heading into next summer.

The Frenchman hasn’t quite achieved what many expected of him during his time at the Nou Camp and with his Barcelona deal expiring in June, the Reds are “keeping tabs” on him.

The 24-year-old has a long way to go before hitting his actual prime and when that moment does come, he’ll want to be getting consistent first team football with a club that he believes appreciates and respects him.

Whether or not the Spanish giants fit into that category is another conversation for another day but if Jurgen Klopp is serious about levelling Liverpool Football Club up even further, bringing in someone like Dembele and being able to turn his fortunes around would be a huge statement – especially with rumours persisting about a switch for Kylian Mbappe somewhere down the road.
