Luke Shaw signs new Manchester United deal

According to Sky Sports, Luke Shaw has now signed a new deal with Manchester United after many rumours as to when it would be finalised. The 23 year old arrived at Old Trafford back in 2014 and had a strong start to his life at the club, although an injury set him back with many wondering whether or not United would cut their losses and move on.

Alas, that isn’t the direction they went in and instead, Shaw has been able to re-establish himself as an important member of the first team. Luke will be aiming to break back into the England setup as part of his new deal, which will see him spend at least the next few years on the books with the English giants.

Manchester United have had a stuttering start to their campaign, although Jose Mourinho will be hoping that the likes of Shaw can help to revitalise their season.
