Man United to pay some of Sanchez’s wages?

According to a recent report from Sky Sports News, Manchester United will be covering £6 million of Alexis Sanchez’s wages during his loan move to Inter Milan. The Chilean will be heading to the San Siro on a season-long loan, but there is no option to buy attached. That means that the Red Devils will almost certainly command a larger fee if Sanchez is able to get back to the kind of form that we all remember from his days with Barcelona and Arsenal.

Sanchez managed to score just five goals in 45 appearances for Manchester United, serving as a massive drop in form from what we’re all used to seeing.

However, Inter doesn’t seem to be shy about wanting to get him back to a point that everyone feels he should be at, and given that he’s not exactly out of his prime, the hope is that this could kickstart a resurgence for him.
