However, the penalty the 33-year-old forward took in Liverpool’s FA Cup defeat at the hands of Manchester City on Saturday perfectly reflected his recent lack of form, as well as the struggles his team has been experiencing throughout the season.
On the other hand, nothing should be taken away from City goalkeeper James Trafford, who read Salah’s shot to the letter.
