Manchester United confirm Ronaldo return

Manchester United have confirmed that they have re-signed Cristiano Ronaldo, twelve years after he first left the club to join Real Madrid.

The move comes in the same day that saw many Red Devils fans come to terms with the idea of him heading to their local rivals to join their rivals Manchester City. Alas, after those talks seemingly fell apart, the emergence of a comeback began with Old Trafford now being confirmed as the next destination for the Juventus star.

Ronaldo spent many years carving out a legacy for himself as one of the greatest players of all time with United, and now, he’s looking to further cement that status.

The deal is subject to the completion of a medical and personal terms being agreed but it’s safe to say that CR7, after more than a decade of waiting, is set to make his way back over to the Premier League.
