Manchester United still want Dembele

According to a recent report from Sport, Manchester United have not given up on the potential signing of Barcelona striker Ousmane Dembele.

The controversial forward has been linked with a switch to Old Trafford for months now but for whatever reason, it hasn’t quite come to fruition. Now, the specifics of a possible deal are starting to become clear, with some indicating that Dembele would make the move over to England on a loan basis.

Financially speaking that would be quite the undertaking for United, but all you need to do is look at how persistent they’ve been to know that they really want to get this done.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer still needs to take some pressure off of his own shoulders and getting this over the finish line during the upcoming January transfer window could be the perfect way for him to announce to the world that he won’t go down without a fight.
