Manchester United won’t go for Sancho in January

According to a recent report from Bild, Manchester United are unlikely to make another move for Jadon Sancho during the upcoming January transfer window.

The Borussia Dortmund star has been heavily linked with a switch to Old Trafford for months now but for whatever reason, United couldn’t get the deal done during the summer. The youngster is clearly interested in the idea of a move back to England and the longer United wait, the more difficult it’ll be for them to sign him.

Dortmund have been known to drag their feet when it comes to Sancho but when you think about how much he’s been able to do for the club, it’s easy to understand why. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, on the other hand, has his back against the wall and knows that he’s in a position whereby he has to start turning things around – and bringing in someone like Sancho should be a clear way of trying to do that.
