Juventus are preparing for a big summer. No one really knows what will happen with the Serie A season now that the coronavirus is making huge problems all around the Europe, but that does not mean the current champions of Italy are not preparing for the next campaign. And they might be doing a lot of work once the transfer window arrives.
However, one of the players involved in transfer rumour mills still does not know how will that affect him. Blaise Matuidi could still end up leaving Juventus, according to Calciomercato. Although there is no concrete evidence that Juventus will let him to, it might be for the best interest of the club to do so.
The French midfielder signed a one-year contract extension in Turin this past February and it will be running through June 2021. Still, Juve may decide to sell Matuidi in order to raise extra funds rather than wait for him to become a free agent next year.
