Monza dismiss Kaka rumours

According to ESPN, Serie C club Monza have dismissed the rumours that suggest they’ll be signing Kaka. The Brazilian football legend retired late last year, with many fans wondering whether or not he’d ever return. Alas, despite the rumours, it appears as if Kaka will be letting his career speak for itself as he continues to enjoy retirement.

Kaka’s time with AC Milan was iconic, as he quickly established himself as one of the best footballers in the world in the same breath as Ronaldinho, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. Unfortunately he wound up experiencing quite a sharp decline, but he was still able to put in some solid performances throughout the remainder of his career after leaving Milan.

Regarding the 36 year old’s future, we’ll have to wait and see whether or not there’s any kind of deal either in Italy or elsewhere that could tempt him to pull on his boots once again.
