Napoli go after Traore

According to a recent report from Alfredo Pedulla, Napoli are gearing up for a surprise bid to try and sign Adama Traore.

The eccentric Wolves star will see his deal with the Midlands club come to an end in the summer and when it does, the expectation is that he will finally move on to pastures new.

Leeds United have also made their interest known but given the overwhelming success Napoli are currently enjoying, it feels like a virtual certainty that he’d prefer to skip away from the Premier League.

Traore, at his best, is one of the most impactful players in world football. He can make things happen with his insane speed and strength but, as we know, that doesn’t always come to fruition on the big stage.

Napoli, crucially, need to have the funds necessary to make a big offer that would be enough to lure him to a new league.
