Once again turning our attention to the Belarusian Premier League fixtures this weekend, Neman Grodno will be hoping to find some stability when they welcome Ruh Brest to the Stadyen Nyoman on Saturday afternoon.

Starting with the hosts, falling back to losing ways thanks to a 3-1 defeat away at BATE Borisov last weekend, Neman Grodno are desperate to find some much-needed stability. Winning just one of their last five Premier League appearances, there is no doubt that Igor Kovalevich’s men will be glad to make a return to home soil on Saturday afternoon. Despite opening the weekend only a single spot above the drop zone, the Yellow and Green’s have continued to save their best performances for the Stadyen Nyoman. Including putting in a season-best display and landing a 3-0 romp over Energetyk-BGU a fortnight ago, Neman Grodno have collected seven points out of a possible nine in front of their own supporters this year and have remarkably not lost a Premier League matchup at home since the 5th of October.

As for the visitors, while Ruh Brest may have managed to snatch the most dramatic of late equalizers at home against fellow top-flight returners Gorodeya last weekend, the Blues are still searching for maximum points. Having to settle for a single point in three of their last four Premier League outings, Aleksandr Sednyov’s men have however caught the eye with their performances at the back. Including landing three clean sheets on the bounce last month, Saturday’s guests have conceded just a single goal in almost 450 minutes of action. While Ruh Brest might have a reputation for their rugged displays, they have shown some worrying issues on the road. Yet to record an away win since opening the new campaign, it should also be noted that the Blues are yet to record a single goal away from the Yunost Stadium entering May.
