Nketiah to leave Arsenal?

According to a recent report from Daily Mirror, Arsenal could face the possibility of losing Eddie Nketiah during the summer transfer window.

This stems from the recent news that Folarin Balogun has signed a new contract at the club with many believing there’s no longer a place for Nketiah within Arsenal’s ranks. If that does turn out to be the case, West Ham are said to be a team that have been offered his services as the Gunners continue their preparations for what is bound to be a really important summer.

Nketiah has certainly had some great moments with the club and there’s no way of getting around that. Alas, Mikel Arteta is building the future of the squad in his own light and it just doesn’t seem as if Nketiah is going to fit into the plans all too well.

There will be no shortage of clubs wanting to sign the 21-year-old, so where he ends up could be quite interesting.
