“Gabriel will return to Inter after he has finished his loan. The next six months we will have no room for him. We are happy with him and will find the best solution.”
Those are the words of Inter Milan sporting director Piero Ausilio, who appears to be hinting at the possibility of Gabriel Barbosa once again being moved on to something new when he returns to Inter Milan. He is currently on a loan spell with Santos where he has rediscovered his best form, although he still hasn’t been given much of a chance at the San Siro.
The 22 year old has a lot of room left to grow and he certainly has time on his side, but Inter don’t appear to value what he has to offer. With that in mind it seems like there’s always the possibility of him remaining in Brazil, and if not, major clubs around Europe would be foolish not to take a look at him.
