Pellegrini heading for West Ham exit?

According to a recent report from Sky Sports News, West Ham United’s owners are now beginning to lose faith in manager Manuel Pellegrini. The belief is that discussions are ongoing in regards to figuring out whether or not he’s the right man for the job, despite a promising start to their Premier League campaign a few months back.

The Hammers have been on a gradual decline for a while now, to the point where it wouldn’t be at all surprising to see a new man on the touchline by the time West Ham’s next game rolls around. Pellegrini did manage to guide his team towards an unlikely triumph over Chelsea recently, but then followed that up with defeats to Wolves and Arsenal – in games that they could’ve actually wound up getting something from.

West Ham just need to avoid slipping back into the relegation mix, regardless of whether or not they bring in a new manager.
