Pellegrini not worried at West Ham

“I feel in the 30 years that I have worked in this profession, I feel pressure every day.

“Winning or losing. Not just when you are losing. When you are winning, you also feel pressure. My own pressure is much more pressure than all of the media can say.”

Those are the words of West Ham United manager Manuel Pellegrini, who has made it clear that he does not fear for his job status at the club. The Hammers were able to start off pretty well this season with many wondering whether or not they could challenge for a spot in the top six. Now, however, with the club being without a win since September, the pressure is starting to grow.

It’s nothing that Pellegrini hasn’t been through before and he’ll know how to turn this ship around, but it all depends on how much time he’s going to be afforded by the board.
