Pochettino keen to keep hold of Alli

Tottenham Hotspur are confident of keeping hold of Dele Alli despite interest from Real Madrid, according to the Mail Online.

The England international, who recently signed a new contract at White Hart Lane is having a fine season and his manager Mauricio Pochettino is not ready to let him leave.

Manchester City are also keeping an eye on the twenty year old as they look to bolster their number of home grown players.

Alli signed for Spurs from MK Dons less than two years ago but has already racked up eighty-seven appearances for the club in all competitions, scoring twenty-eight goals.

He was part of the squad that finished third in the Premier League last season while he has played a key role in their title challenge this time around.

He has been capped seventeen times for his country and was part of their squad that attended last summer’s European Championships last summer.
