According to a recent report from Sport, Mauricio Pochettino is ready and willing to ask Paris Saint-Germain to let him depart – regardless of his obligations.
The belief is that Pochettino is going to be “asking the impossible” of the French giants by insisting he wants out of the contract, just months after he first came through the door.
The big rumour at this moment in time appears to be that Tottenham Hotspur are ready and willing to make a move to re-sign their permanent manager. The sensational move would certainly put the cat amongst the pigeons in the wake of Jose Mourinho’s dismissal, as questions continue to be raised regarding the future of the club and the direction they want to head in.
Pochettino has been called a genius by some and a fraud by others, but there’s no way of denying that he didn’t quite get PSG to where they wanted to be this season.
