Radamel Falcao fuels Serie A speculation

AS Monaco forward Radamel Falcao was spotted in Rome this week which only served as to add fuel to an already existing Serie A rumour linking the Colombian international to the likes of Lazio and AC Milan.

The experienced striker spent a day in the Italian capital, doing his best to stay unnoticed but Corriere dello Sport was quick to link his trip with the Lazio and Milan Coppa Italia semifinal with the paper suggesting Falcao wanted to get a good look of one of his possible next clubs.

The 33-year-olf hitman has 18 months left in his Monaco contract but is widely expected to leave France in the summer.

Both Lazio and Milan have a good relationship with Falcao’s agent Jorge Mendes and could push for a summer deal for the Colombian. The only stumbling block in any possible deal for Falcao could be hisnotably high yearly wages currently sitting at €10 million.
