Ramsey wage demands dismissed as false

Aaron Ramsey’s representatives have denied that the midfielder has asked for a £300-per-week contract to stay at Arsenal, according to the Mail Online.

Chelsea and Liverpool are both interested in signing the Wales international though new Gunners manager Unai Emery wants him to stay.

A new deal will need to be agreed as the twenty-seven-year-old has entered the final twelve months of his current contract though reports of his humungous wages demands have been dismissed.

During ten seasons with the North London club, Ramsey has played three hundred and twenty-seven times in all competitions, scoring fifty-eight goals and winning three FA Cups.

Internationally he has been capped fifty-three times for his country, scoring thirteen goals with one of those strikes coming at Euro 2016, where Wales made the semi-finals.

Arsenal finished in sixth place last season and are priced at 2/1 to finish the 2018/19 campaign in the top four.
