Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti praises Benzema quality and hopes Chelsea recover from crisis (Video)

Real Madrid gained significant advantage over Chelsea in the first leg of their Champions League quarterfinal clash, played at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday. Kai Havertz managed to get a goal for the Blues, but Karim Benzema made sure Los Blancos went back to Madrid happy with a hat-trick.

Speaking to the press after the match, Real boss Carlo Ancelotti was full of praise for the 34-year-old striker.

Ancelotti spent two years in charge at Chelsea, and he has expressed hope his former club recover from the crisis currently plaguing them.
