According to a recent report over in Spain, Real Madrid are willing to break the world transfer record in order to bring Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe to the club. The president of the club, Florentino Perez, is happy to put forward a £245 million bid alongside a contract that would see the Frenchman earn an astonishing £650,000 per week.

Mbappe is still widely considered to be the best player in world football, but a lot of fans want to see how he copes with playing in one of the top leagues in Europe. He’s found success with PSG but even with that being the case, his efforts at the 2018 FIFA World Cup proved that he’s capable of going above and beyond that.

Real aren’t the only big side interested in him with Barcelona also making it clear that they would be open to going after the youngster, but when you look at the kind of figures that are involved in all of this, it truly does feel like Real are the only ones that would have the stones to go ahead with a deal of this magnitude.
