According to a recent report from Sky Italy, Antonee Robinson has completed his medical and is now on the verge of being confirmed as an AC Milan player.
The Italian giants had previously agreed on a deal for the English-American starlet that was said to be worth around £10 million, or at the very least, could rise to that in the future.
The Wigan Athletic defender has been turning heads for a while now, but even the most optimistic of Latics fans probably didn’t expect a club the size of Milan to come in for him this soon.
Robinson made his move to Wigan permanent last year after spending time on loan there from Everton and hasn’t looked back ever since.
The expectation and hope is that the 22-year-old will be given the sort of time he needs to develop in the first team, and when you consider how badly Milan need a few game changers in their club, it seems likely that he’ll receive it.
