According to reports in Italy, Stephan El Shaarawy isn’t for sale with Roma making that clear to any and all clubs who are interested in signing him. The 26 year old has been on a solid run of form in Serie A so far this season and the club want to offer him a new contract as a result of that, however, West Ham United are also believed to be very interested in the possibility of bringing him to the Premier League.
Back in the day it seemed like El Shaarawy could become the biggest star in world football, and while he’s had some success over the years, he certainly hasn’t reached the level that many were anticipating.
Either way if West Ham can even come close to pulling this off it’d be a huge step forward for them, if only in their quest to become a top club in English football once again.
