Rui Faria to Aston Villa?

Multiple reports in England are suggesting that Rui Faria is being lined up to become Aston Villa’s new manager, with John Terry coming in as his number two. The search for a new boss has been extensive ever since Steve Bruce was given the sack, with a multitude of Villa fans having different thoughts and views regarding what kind of man they should bring into the fold.

The 43 year old has had a long association with Jose Mourinho, but now, he’s expected to break out on his own in order to test himself in the Championship. Villa are known for taking risks when it comes to managerial appointments, but this could be their biggest yet.

They currently find themselves on the outside of the top six looking in, with the hope being that they can claw their way back into playoff contention over the course of the next few months.
