Sevilla to buy AC Milan loanee

Sevilla have done it. They will be returning to Champions League football, after losing that status. Last term, it was Valencia who managed to get into the top four teams in La Liga, alongside the usual suspects of Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid. But now that the five-time champions of Europa League will be playing the elite European competition, Monchi and his crew want to make that team as strong as possible.

For that to happen, they will have to keep some of their main players and one of them this season was Suso, AC Milan’s attacker who came on loan. The 26-year-old is set to stay at Sevilla, as the club announced they have excersised their purchase option for the former Liverpool graduate. He moved to Sevilla in January on a short-term deal and has impressed enough to earn a long-term contract.

Milan will also be happy to sell Suso, as he was one of the players that was probably not going to play next season anyway.
