Tottenham agree deal for Udogie

According to a recent report from Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham have agreed to a deal to sign Udinese wing-back Destiny Udogie.

The belief is that the full agreement is worth in excess of €20 million after personal terms have been put in place, although he will remain a Udinese player on loan until next year.

The 19-year-old Italian has burst onto the scene in recent times and Antonio Conte, who isn’t exactly a stranger to Italian football, has taken notice of what he’s been able to achieve thus far.

Spurs are already starting to look like potential dark horses this season and although it’s certainly far too early to make such a sweeping claim, they’re definitely putting in the work needed during the summer transfer window to convince the masses that they can go even further than the top four this season.

Next year, we imagine Udogie will be a big part of Conte’s plans – provided he’s still at the club.
