Tottenham Hotspur considering Sam Johnstone bid

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Sam Johnstone from West Bromwich Albion in the January transfer window, according to TEAMtalk. It has been reported that West Brom have told Johnstone that they will consider bids for him in the New Year, and Premier League club Tottenham are considering making a move for him.

Hugo Lloris is the first-choice goalkeeper for Tottenham, and there is speculation that the North London club want him to sign a new deal and extend his stay. Lloris is out of contract at Spurs at the end of the season. Pierluigi Gollini, signed on loan from Atalanta in the summer of 2021, is the second choice at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Johnstone is one of the best goalkeepers in the Championship and is also an England international. The 28-year-old goalkeeper is at the top of his game and would be a brilliant signing for Tottenham, not just for now, but in the long run as well.
