Tottenham Hotspur eye Hellas Verona’s Antonin Barak

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Antonin Barak from Hellas Verona in the summer transfer window, according to L’Arena. The report in the Italian news outlet, as translated by Sport Witness, has claimed that Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte himself wants to bring the Czech Republic international midfielder to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Spurs reportedly wanted to sign Barak from Hellas in the January transfer window and remain keen on securing his services in the summer. Hellas Verona are willing to sell the 27-year-old and are looking for €20 million in transfer fees for the midfielder.

Barak has made 27 starts and two substitute appearances in Serie A for Hellas Verona so far this season, scoring 11 goals and providing four assists in the process. The Czech Republic international attacking midfielder scored seven goals and gave three assists in the league last season.
