Tottenham keen on Norwich City youngster Max Aarons

Premier League top-four hopefuls Tottenham are said to be looking at Norwich City hot prospect Max Aarons, the British media suggest.

The 18-year-old full-back caught the eye of a host of Europe’s top sides thanks to a string of impressive performances for the Canaries this season.

Aarons has emerged as a key figure in Norwich City’s Championship promotion push despite his tender age and the likes of RB Leipzig and Tottenham are said to be extremely keen.

Spurs are reported to have been scouting the youngster for months now with The Sun adding that Tottenham would be willing to fork out up to £15 million next month.

Spurs would like to get their hands on the teenager and leave him on loan until the end of the season so that Aarons could help his team seal the promotion.

Aarons made 20 senior appearances for the club this season and was also given his first caps with England’s Under-19 side.
