According to a recent report from AS, Tottenham Hotspur and Wolverhampton Wanderers are both interested in the possibility of signing Atletico Madrid striker Angel Correa during the summer transfer window. However, despite many considering them to be amongst the favourites to secure his signature, they will still face competition from Serie A in the form of AC Milan and Napoli.
Correa has been on the verge of breaking out into the upper echelons of European and world football for quite some time now, but given the fact that Atletico have already sold a few big stars in the last few years, some fans are questioning whether or not they’d be open to the idea of also getting rid of Correa.
Either way it feels like this isn’t going to be resolved anytime soon, and if Wolves & Spurs are that interested, they can probably afford to sit back and wait to see how it unfolds.
