Valencia make move for Joan Jordan

Spanish heavyweights Valencia are said to be sitting in a pole position to sign the highly-rated Eibar midfielder Joan Jordan.

Super Deporte is reporting that Los Che are making the necessary preparations for a summer assault on the 24-year-old who’s been in fantastic form this season for Eibar.

The Spanish international made 21 La Liga appearances during which time he scored three goals and provided four assists.

Jordan is a highly skilled technician who has got a great eye for a pass and is a danger from set pieces. He enjoys playing long balls and is no stranger to firing shots from the distance.

Valencia are expected to bolster their ranks during the summer transfer window and are believed to have identified Jordan as one of their top targets. Sevilla are also said to be keen on the Spanish midfielder

Jordan joined Eibar from Espanyol in 2017 and is contracted with the club until 2020.
