Portugal side Moreirense might have won the League Cup this weekend, but he final match against Braga will be remembered for more than just football.
The game was marred by ugly scenes as Braga fans threw objects on the pitch and even hit two Moreirense players with firecrackers. Striker Roberto Rodrigo was one of the players to go down on the ground after the firecracker exploded near ihm.
Fortunately, no players were hurt in the end as Moreirense won their first ever trophy, beating the likes of Porto and Benfica on the road to glory.
