Wilshere interested in La Liga move

“I’m open to anything really. I think I want to try something different. I’m leaning towards that,” he told talkSPORT.

“Maybe La Liga or going to Italy – something a little bit different that not many English players have done.”

Jack Wilshere has told talkSPORT that he could be interested in making a move to either La Liga or Serie A after being released by West Ham.

Despite once being tipped to become England’s next great midfielder, Wilshere has been unable to stay consistently healthy over the course of his professional career. While many believed he would be able to stay consistent with the Hammers it wasn’t quite meant to be, leading to the club letting him go.

The aim now will be for him to convince a team in one of those two leagues that he is the kind of player who can bring something a little bit different to the conversation.
