Wolves continue Origi pursuit

According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Wolves are very interested in trying to sign Liverpool forward Divock Origi.

Nuno Espirito Santo has reportedly been tracking him for quite some time, and with Raul Jimenez going down with an injury, Wolves may well now be forced into the transfer market in January.

Origi, who is a cult hero at Anfield, isn’t a regular member of the first team right now, would almost certainly be one of the focal points for Wolves if the move was made.

Ironically enough it is former Wolves man Diogo Jota who has made the battle for places at Liverpool all the more competitive, and in turn, Liverpool may decide to ‘thank’ Wolves by allowing them to sign Origi – whether it be on loan or not.

There are a lot of ifs and buts, but one thing is for sure, Wolves need to start scoring more goals.
