Zidane to Manchester United?

According to a recent report from El Chiringuito, Zinedine Zidane is interested in possibly becoming Manchester United manager.

Cristiano Ronaldo is also said to be a fan of the idea with Zidane being out of work since departing from his second spell with Real Madrid. Many have wondered if and when he’d step back into management after the overwhelming success he enjoyed with Real, and if this report is to be believed, he’s ready for the next challenge with United.

The Red Devils obviously have a manager to their name in the form of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer but with each and every passing day, it feels as if his position is gradually becoming more untenable.

Zidane isn’t a guaranteed success story by any stretch and would likely go through his own baptism of fire, but it would still be the kind of daring move that a lot of United fans would be on board with.
