According to a recent report from AS, Zinedine Zidane is facing opposition for how he handled James Rodriguez’s exit from the club.

After spending two years on loan with Bayern Munich the Colombian made the move over to the Premier League to join Everton during the summer transfer window. Up to this point it’s been a resounding success for him, and as we look to the future, it does seem as if his extended future will be at Goodison Park.

On the flip side, those behind the scenes at Real aren’t too pleased with how Zidane allowed Rodriguez to leave. There’s no way they could’ve known he would’ve enjoyed this sort of early success but even with that being the case, Zidane could’ve fought harder to try and ensure that James had a future at the Bernabeu. Instead, there’s a greater chance he’ll be playing against them than with them in the next few years.
