Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman wasn’t happy with the referee not giving his team a penalty against arch-rivals Real Madrid.
“We had the upper hand during the game and had the opportunities for a better result. Unlucky in the end with a wrong decision by the referee and VAR,” he tweeted after the game.
In the post-match interview, he was utterly unimpressed with the reporter’s reluctance to take a stance on the matter.
“Is it a penalty or not?” Koeman asked.
“The referee decides,” the journalist replied.
“OK, you don’t want to stick your neck out,” said Koeman, and walked away.
