Arsenal are interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe, according to Football Transfers. Mbappe is out of contract at PSG in the summer of 2024, and Premier League club Arsenal are reportedly considering making a move for the Frenchman on a free transfer then.
The Gunners, though, are aware that Real Madrid will lead the race for Mbappe should he become available. The France international forward has already told his club PSG that he will not trigger the option to extend his contract beyond the summer of 2024. So, this means that PSG could either sell Mbappe this summer or lose him on a free at the end of next season.
Mbappe is one of the best players in the world and would be a sensational signing for Arsenal. It is unlikely that the Gunners will be able to temp the forward to the Emiartes Stadium, but there is no doubt that he would be a blockbuster signing for the North London club.
