Arsenal are interested in signing Albert Sambi Lokonga from Anderlecht in the summer transfer window, according to DH Net. The Gunners want to sign a central midfielder and have identified the 21-year-old as a potential target.
The report has claimed that Anderlecht will sell the Belgian youngster for £15 million in the summer transfer window. That would certainly entice Arsenal, who may not be able to spend loads on a single player as they will not play in the Champions League or the Europa League.
Lokong came through the youth academy of Anderlecht and is now the captain of the first team. The 21-year-old made 33 appearances in the Jupiler Pro League for Anderlecht this season, scoring three goals and providing two assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
