Aston Villa, Wolves and Newcastle eye Divock Origi

Aston Villa, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Newcastle United and Real Sociedad are interested in signing Divock Origi from Liverpool in the summer of 2021, according to El Gol Digital. It has been reported that Spanish club Sociedad want to secure the services of the Belgium international striker at the end of the season, but they will face competition from Premier League trio Wolves, Villa and Newcastle.

Origi has been on the books of Liverpool since 2014 and has won the Premier League and the Champions League with the Reds. However, the 25-year-old is a squad player at Anfield and has struggled for playing time throughout this season. According to WhoScored, Origi has made two starts and seven substitute appearances in the Premier League and has made three starts and one substitute appearance in the Champions League so far this season.

Liverpool could be open to selling Origi at the end of the season at the right price, and the striker himself could be keen on finding a new club where he can play regular first-team football.
