Bayer Leverkusen sign Croatian starlet

Bayer Leverkusen have completed the signing of Croatian starlet Zvonko Pamic from NK Karlovac.

The 19-year-old joins Leverkusen for an undisclosed fee and has signed a deal that will keep him at the club until 2015.

Leverkusen are expected to send Pamic out on loan for next season.

“Zvonko is a very versatile midfielder with lots of potential. He’s one of Croatia’s most promising youngsters and his transfer is a manageable investment,” said Leverkusen director Wolfgang Holzhauser on the club’s official website.

Pamic has been a hit at NK Karlovac since joining the club in 2007.
