Both teams to score at Bristol City vs Millwall 5/6 for Tuesday’s Championship contest

Competition: Championship

Market: Both teams to score

Odds: 5/6 @ Bet 365

In what could be yet another lively encounter at Ashton Gate, Bristol City will host a resurging Millwall on Tuesday night.

Starting with the hosts, putting in another impressive display and snatching a 2-1 win away at fellow play-off contenders Fulham over the weekend, Bristol City are enjoying quite the run of form. Landing back-to-back wins and opening Tuesday’s contest in fourth, Lee Johnson’s men are now seen to be a leading contender to secure a play-off spot this season. While the Robbins may have failed to record a clean sheet in their last three matches on the bounce, they have lost just one of their last eight matchups, a run that stems back to the 19th of October. It should also be noted the City have bagged two or more goals in three of their last four matches at Ashton Gate.

As for the visitors, while Millwall may have landed three draws on the bounce, the Lions have continued to show some much-needed improvements since bringing in Gary Rowett. On the verge of breaking into the top half and enjoying a five-match unbeaten run, they also have a growing reputation for their performances in the final third. Bagging a brace against Nottingham Forest in their 2-2 draw over the weekend, the Blues have registered at least a pair of goals in six of their last nine Championship outings. In what could be another lively encounter in midweek, we’re backing both teams to find the net at full-time.
