Brighton edging closer to Webster deal

Brighton and Hove Albion are preparing for another season in the Premier League. Reports from England claim Brighton are close to completing a deal to sign Adam Webster from Bristol City. Daily Mail are claiming the Seagulls will be giving Bristol £25m as the transfer fee.

This deal could set up a domino effect, according to the report, that would allow Lewis Dunk to join Leicester City and then for Harry Maguire to move from Leicester to Manchester United. This would be another important deal for Brighton in the market this summer, as they have already made big changes from last season, the biggest and most obvious one being arrival of the new manager Graham Potter from Swansea City.

On the other hand, Adam Webster for Bristol City in the Championship last season and at 24, he could be in ideal position to make step up to the Premier League.
