Khvicha Kvaratskhelia says Paris Saint-Germain are “capable of everything” after hammering Chelsea to seize control of their Champions League quarter-final hopes.
Kvaratskhelia came off the bench to score twice after assisting Vitinha’s 74th-minute lob that put PSG 3-2 ahead at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday.
The Georgian’s late double ensured Luis Enrique’s side will return to Stamford Bridge with a 5-2 aggregate lead, despite Chelsea twice levelling through Malo Gusto and Enzo Fernandez either side of half-time.
“I’m very happy I can help the team, but I’m happier that we won against Chelsea because they are a good team,” Kvaratskhelia said.
“I think we showed today that we are capable of everything. We just have to continue like this.
“We conceded two goals, and we can see the mistakes we made, but we are happy with a three-goal victory. We will focus now on the next game.”
