Chelsea are ready to sell Raheem Sterling in the summer transfer window, according to Football Insider. The report has claimed that Chelsea are looking to sell players and raise funds to bring in new faces and comply with Profit and Sustainability Rules, and that former Manchester City attacker Sterling is one of those the Blues are ready to offload.

Football Insider has claimed that it is unlikely that Sterling, who can play as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, will move to another club in the Premier League. The England international is earning £325,000 per week as salary, and no club in England would be willing to match those figures

Sterling was a star at City and became a goal machine, but he has struggled to make a huge impact during his two seasons at Chelsea. The Blues did not finish in the top four of the Premier League table last season and will not do this time around either. Sterling still has three years remaining on his contract.
