City considering shock keeper swap deal

TalkSport understands that Manchester City are ready to offer Joe Hart to Tottenham Hotspur as part of a swap deal that would see Hugo Lloris move in the opposite direction.

France international Lloris is keen to play in the Champions League next season, a competition which Spurs are highly likely to not be involved in as they sit seven points off the Premier League top four with just three games remaining.

He has previously been linked with a return to his home country with Ligue 1 champions elect Paris Saint Germain while Monaco have also joined the race to secure his services.

However, French newspaper L’Equipe believes that Manchester City will attempt to lure him to the Etihad Stadium, with a player-plus-cash deal set to be offered to the North London club.

Joe Hart has been with City since 2006, and has won the Premier League title, the FA Cup and the League Cup since signing from Shrewsbury Town.
