City prepared to sell Sane for the right price

Manchester City are prepared to part ways with Leroy Sane this summer, but only for the right price from their point of view, according to the Evening Standard.

The winger has long been linked with Bayern Munich and he would’ve likely been back in his homeland already, had it not been for the ACL injury he suffered in the Community Shield against Liverpool last summer, and which has kept him out for the entire season so far.

It’s understood that City would like the 24-year-old to sign a new contract (his current one is about to enter its final year) and stay put, but if he refuses to do so, they are prepared to sell. But ‘sources at the Etihad’ have dismissed suggestions from the German press that Bayern could sign Sane for as little as £35 million, being adamant that any potential suitor would have to be prepared to pay much more than that.
