Roberto Mancini is without a team to coach after he was sacked by Inter owner Massimo Moratti at the end of last Serie A season. ‘Mancio’ had been linked with Manchester City, who are having a relatively disappointing season. However, his agent insists that it is all just stories generated by the newspapers.

“Unfortunately, there has been no contact with the club,” said one of Mancini’s representatives, Georgio De Georgis, to RadioKissKiss. “There is the possibility that he can sit on the bench of an English team. So far, it has just been rumours and gossip”.
